Airtime is the first bladder manufacturer to build specific leading
edge bladders with one piece of polyurethane. These bladders have fewer
seams, reducing failure points and allowing for up to 80% more stretch
than original bladders. Airtime uses their own specially developed
blend of polyurethane designed for long life and endurance.
Design:
Airtime bladders are the only oversized bladders available. There are
many benefits to using oversized bladders. The sewn leading edge sleeve
provides the strength and shape for your kite while the bladder works
as a membrane to contain the air. An oversized bladder never fully expands inside the
sleeve thus eliminating stress on the plastic and the seam.

U-STICK:
This new system is comprised of bladders without valves and an assortment of valves that you can peel and stick wherever you want. You choose the size bladder you need then you choose the valves you want. You can quickly configure a bladder to match almost any kite in production. We haven't even mentioned how convenient these are for travel. Imagine one bladder for any kite in your quiver.
Bladder Sizing:
The length of the leading edge is measured
from tip to tip across the top seam, or the top of the arc formed when
inflated. Choose the l.e. bladder that is the same length or longer.
Struts are measured from tip to tail with the tail closure open. Choose the strut bladder that is the same length or longer. We also suggest using the Airtime U-Stick Sizing Chart.

A straight connector, an "L" connector, and zip tie are included with each OPTION valve. The connectors are inserted into the OPTION valve to duplicate the onepump style valves used by major kite manufacturers. Among others these valves work great in Slingshot OnePump equipped kites as well as Cabrinha Sprint inflation system equipped kites.

AirTime Bladder Patch Kits, Repair Tape, Extras
Essential items for any repair kit. Airtime patch kits are larger than those that come with most kites and are super high quality for fixing stock bladders. The Dacron Tape is slightly heavier than the Nylon Tape and can used for leading edge repair. The Nylon tape is lighter and can be used for bigger canopy repairs. Both tapes can be colored with markers.
